House Account Alerts
Global Paint House Account Alerts is a transactional text-messaging program operated by Global Paint Inc., an independent paint retailer at 1208 Neptune Avenue, Brooklyn, NY 11224.
After you opt in, we send automated SMS notifications about purchases charged to your authorized house account, payments received, and returns or refunds affecting the account. A notification may identify the house account or project, transaction amount and updated balance.
This program covers house accounts only. It does not enroll you in marketing, promotional texts or notifications about unrelated purchases.
How to enroll
House-account holders or authorized contacts can enroll by completing and signing our paper SMS consent form at the store. Provide the mobile number you control and identify the specific house account or accounts you are authorized to receive notifications for. Staff verify these details and record consent before enrollment. Signed forms are retained as evidence of consent.
After enrollment, a confirmation text identifies the program and explains message frequency, potential carrier charges, and how to get help or unsubscribe.
Consent is optional. You do not have to sign up for text messages to buy products or use a house account. An existing phone number in our customer directory does not by itself constitute enrollment.

Print the form, complete it and return it to our store. Downloading the form does not enroll you.
Frequency & charges
Message frequency varies with house-account activity. Messages may follow purchases, payments, returns or refunds on the authorized account(s), along with enrollment, opt-out or help responses. There is no fixed daily or monthly message schedule.
Message and data rates may apply. Global Paint does not charge a separate subscription fee for these notifications. Your mobile carrier’s messaging or data charges may apply under your plan. Contact your carrier if you have questions about those charges.
Program messages are sent from 518 676 7680. This texting number is separate from our store’s customer-support phone, 718 676 5906.
Stop messages or get help
Reply STOP to any program message to unsubscribe. You may receive one confirmation of your opt-out. After that, we stop the program’s recurring messages to that number. Unsubscribing does not close your house account, change its balance or remove any payment obligation.

Our store is open Monday–Friday, 7am–5pm, and Saturday–Sunday, 8am–3pm, Eastern Time. If you want to resume notifications after opting out, contact the store so we can confirm renewed consent and the appropriate account authorization.
Delivery & account information
SMS delivery depends on mobile coverage, carrier systems and other services. Messages can be delayed, blocked or unavailable. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
A balance notification is a snapshot following the recorded transaction and may be superseded by later activity. These messages supplement your account records. They are not a substitute for a statement or a guarantee of message delivery. Contact our store if a notification appears incorrect or if you need the current balance.
Privacy & program updates
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle mobile numbers, house-account information, signed consent, messages and delivery records. We do not sell or share SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
These terms apply to the SMS notification program. Separate store and house-account terms continue to govern your purchases, payments and credit arrangements.
We may update these terms or suspend the program. The effective date above identifies the current version. Any change that requires new consent will be handled before the new messaging purpose begins.
